LIAM'S HEN PARTY ( Two paragraphs of)
Liam O'Kane a quiet, reserved and handsome young man of twenty five years, was let loose on the world for the first time in October 2012. This was the night he attended the freshers ball in Coleraine University.Until then he’d been living a rather sheltered life on his parents farm somewhere between Kilrea and Garvagh. Where he daren’t step out of line for fear of his father’s wrath. Anyway,he had too much respect for his parents, and he knew too well that it wouldn't be tolerated.
The following morning his world was thrown into complete disarray, when he woke to what he thought was his worst ever nightmare. Slowly focusing his eyes on an artexed ceiling which he didn't recognise, he began counting the shell shapes above him. As he lay on his back in a strange bed it suddenly dawned on him that he hadn't a clue where he was. He began hoping that he was dreaming. His head was pounding and he was struggling to remember the events from the night before. His 6’2” stature meant he was too long for the bed and his feet felt icy cold as they poked out from beneath the duvet.
