Student Film Award Insight Film Festival
The opportunity for student film makers in Manchester and the North of England to win a six week creative internship with Loyola Productions in Culver City, California (‘Hollywood’).
The Insight Festival began in 2007 with the aim of encouraging film makers to make films around the theme of ‘faith’. It actively welcomes people from all faith back-grounds and none. For further information on the festival see the websitewww.insightfestival.co.uk
To enter you can submit either the synopsis of a movie together with a sample screenplay or storyboard, or a short film relevant to the award.
Entrants must also fill in an official entry form. Filling in and returning an entry form by 4th April will entitle you to attend a Free Film Workshop with tips for award winning film making to be held at the Manchester University’s Catholic Chaplaincy.
The Theme of the Student Award is ‘Portraying Faith in Film’. You may interpret this in any way you like.
Entries must be received by 16 May 2014.
