Hotbed Festival One Page Play Competition - Deadline 11 June

The HotBed One Page Play Competition is now a firmly established and much loved part of the Hotbed Festival. And it’s all for charity! Come and see a number of one page plays performed by the Hotbed acting ensemble and choose your favourite. The winner – decided by audience votes – gets to donate £125 to a charity of their choice. And it’s not too late to enter the competition yourself: play submissions are being accepted until 11 June. See guidelines at the bottom of this page. You can be any level of writer to enter.

Young Writers’ One Page Play Competition FINAL


The One Page Play Competition is a firmly established and much loved part of the Hotbed Festival. And now we have a strand of the competition devoted to writers aged 16 and under. Come and see a number of One Page Plays written by young writers and performed by the Hotbed acting ensemble. It’s not too late to enter yourself: play submissions are being accepted until 11 June.
