Love on the Road Short Story Competition - deadline July 31, 2014

We are pleased to announce our second annual international Love on the Road Writing Contest, which will lead to the second annual edition of our Love on the Road anthology. We hope this year's contest and anthology will be as successful as last year's. Here's how it will work.

We'll accept submissions from May 1, 2014 to July 31, 2014. We at Malinki Press will choose our favorite 12 submissions and send those to our independent panel of judges. The judges will choose first-, second-, and third-prize winners. We'll announce the winners in September and award them prizes of $200, $100, and $50, respectively, paid that month.

We will work with Dublin-based Liberties Press to publish Love on the Road 2015: Another Twelve Tales of Love and Travel as a trade paperback in the spring of 2015. We will also make the paperback available via Amazon and Flipkart, and publish it as an ebook.
