The Georgia Review - Loraine Williams Poetry Prize



The Georgia Review are currently accepting on-line submissions for BOTH the Loraine Williams Poetry Prize and general submissions.




To enter on-line simply fill in all of your contact information and choose a password. here.

Fill in the title(s) of the poem(s) you are submitting in the “submission title” field. N.B. If you are submitting multiple poems, separate titles with commas.

From the “genre” menu, select your preferred method for submitting work or for entering the contest: for general submissions, non-subscribers pay $3 and current subscribers and former contributors to The Georgia Review may submit for free. (Anyone who appears to have erroneously selected a “free” field will be contacted regarding their subscription status. To subscribe to the Review, click here.). For the Loraine Williams Poetry Prize, $35 covers a 1-year discounted subscription and your entry fee ($50 for international entrants); $15 covers a flat entry fee; and current subscribers to The Georgia Review may submit for free.
Use the browse button to find the file on your computer that you would like to submit. Select the file and click on the open button. Your file will then appear in the "file" field.

Please fill in the “comments” field with your cover letter, then click submit.
You will then have the option to review your information and confirm that it is correct. Hit continue and you will be prompted to submit credit or debit card payment through our secure UPay system.
After submitting payment, you will receive two e-mails—one confirming your submission, and another confirming your payment details. Please keep these e-mails for your records. Thank you for submitting!
