The PRIME Poetry Prize winner will receive $401 and publication in Arts & Letters as well as the Fall issue of PRIME. Alice Friman is our final judge. Honorable mention poets may also be selected (several have been selected from our earlier PRIME Poetry Prize competitions). These will also be published in both Arts & Letters and the Fall issue of PRIME (paid at normal contributor rates: $50.00 for poetry).
Submission Guidelines
Online submissions only.
The entry fee is $6
Submit up to five poems (no more than 10 pages) as one file; submissions must be typed, and each poem must begin on its own page. Simultaneous submissions are fine, but please let us know immediately if your work is taken elsewhere.
The winner and any honorable mentions chosen will be expected to submit an audio file of a reading of their selected poems (details will be provided in August after selections are made).
Your submission entitles you to a subscription to Arts & Letters PRIME. Download information will be automatically included in the response to your submission. Good luck!
