They say: The imprint’s first publication will be an anthology of the best writing from the next mini-competition on the theme of ‘Lost Voices’. We will also be looking for at least one or two authors from these entries whose work we’d like to develop for a first individual publication with Liquorice Fish. So your entries will be doing double work as competition entry and submission.
Guidelines
We are happy to consider previously published work where that work is not presently available in print or on the web in any form and has not reached a substantial readership via, for example, a widely-distributed magazine.
Entry pieces must be self-contained — no novel extracts, please.
Entries must be submitted electronically – send as email attachments – please ensure you have up to date virus protection and send as a .doc, .rtf, or .txt file.
In the subject line please include ‘Liquorice Fish Competition’
In the body of the email please put your contact details and a short bio.
Deadline for submissions October 31, 2014
Entry is £3 per entry or £10 for 4 entries

Work will not be returned, so please keep a copy.

Results will be announced in the newsletter, on the Cinnamon Face Book page and on the website within 6-8 weeks of the closing date. The winner and runners up will also be emailed.
