The Al Savard Memorial Poetry Contest -Deadline: January 30, 2015 postmark
Open to Connecticut poets only
Fee $10 for up to 3 poems for non-members. CPS members may submit one poem for free, additional poems $5 each. Please make check payable to Connecticut Poetry Society.
Prizes: 1st – $100; 2nd – $75; 3rd – $50
Winning poem will be published in Long River Run.
Send up to three unpublished poems, any form, 40 line limit. Include two copies of each poem: one with complete contact information and one with NO contact information. Simultaneous submissions are acceptable; however, please notify us immediately upon acceptance elsewhere.
Include SASE for results only (no poems will be returned). Winning poems must be submitted electronically following notification.
