Kishboo E-Magazine Short Story competition

We hold an ongoing short story competition that costs just £3 to enter. Stories must be no more than 2,000 words - please pay your entry fee via paypal.

There are two prizes in every issue up for grabs. First place -£50 and a runner- up prize of £25.

For full comp entry submission rules, please see the 'comp entry submission rules' page. Any entries that miss the deadline for one issue will automatically be considered for the next issue.

The ten best stories will be selected for publication in the magazine, then it's an open vote to choose the winners!

We're now getting the second issue for Spring 2015 ready, so please e-mail your comp entries to (stories sent in the body of the email only please).
