This year we are looking for original, well written stories of between 1,000 and 1,500 words on a theme of your own choosing.
Make us laugh, make us cry, make us wring our hands or sigh! Just don't make us cringe like you probably did at that last sentence.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Use 12pt Arial in double spacing. Use one side of the paper only.
2. Put the title of the story at the top of each page and number the pages.
3. Entries must be accompanied by this Entry Form – no cover page required (see item 6.)
4. Your story should be between 1,000 and 1,500 words.
5. Any subject or theme. Be creative!
6. The name of the author, or other personal details should not appear on the manuscript.
7. Entries accepted by post or as a Word document attachment or as a PDF attachment.
8. Ensure you have put sufficient postage on your envelope if submitting by post. We do not pay the excess.
9. No strong sex, violence or bad language please.
10. Entry fee is £3.50 per story entered, or £6.00 for two. Pay by UK sterling cheque on a UK bank payable to Fortress Publishing, by Postal Order or PayPal (on website).
11. Copyright remains with the author.
12. Submit your entry by post or as an email attachment in Word or .rtf format.
13. Winning entries will be published on the WritersReign website. Please do not enter unless you accept this.
14. If you require acknowledgement of receipt of postal entries, please enclose a stamped and self-addressed postcard.
15. Winners will be contacted on or before 30th July 2015 and will be published on WritersReign.co.uk after this date.
