Arvon is now recruiting for a Centre Director to lead Totleigh Barton, our much loved Devon house set in meadows on the banks of the River Torridge. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of programming, management, practical and interpersonal skills, and be able to work flexibly. You must be passionate about writing, and have a burning desire to develop a supportive environment for creativity to flourish.
