This competition has several sub-themes.
Theme #1: Comedy and Humour
It could be a dark comedy, satirical comedy, farcical comedy, cringe comedy, surreal comedy or anything that’s ridiculously comical. The goal of this contest is to discover fresh comedy voices.
Theme #2: Crime/ Mystery/ Suspense/ Thriller
Short detective fiction (not necessarily a murder mystery) or espionage tales or any murder mystery.
Theme #3: Modern adaptation of any Public Domain Short Story/Play
The only catch is: If you’re adapting a play, it should be in the form of a prose. A little twist in the tale is also acceptable.
Prizes:
- First: Three entries will be selected for publication in ‘Indelible Chaos anthology’ imprint (Print and Digital) and ‘Indelible Chaos Morsels’ imprint (Digital)
