Parracombe Prize 2022

For published, self-published and aspiring writers alike, enter our short story competition and you have the chance to win one of our cash prizes and be published in our second anthology – Parracombe Prize 2022.

To enter, simply submit a short story of no more than 2,022 words.
And that’s it!

Competition opens on 1st October 2021. The closing date for entries is midnight, 31st January 2022.

The winner of the competition – along with the runners-up – will be announced in time for publication in May 2022.
For each story there is an entry fee of £5.00 and you can enter up to three separate stories.
